How do I post a listing?
Sign in, choose Post a Listing, add the product details, location, price and photos, then publish.
How long does a listing stay active?
A listing is active for 30 days. After it expires, the seller can renew it for another 30 days.
How do I mark my item as sold?
Open your listing from your profile and select Mark as Sold. Sold listings remain visible but are clearly marked as sold.
How do I message a seller?
Open an active listing and select Message Seller. Your conversation will appear in your Inbox.
What does the green tick mean?
The green tick is only displayed when an AgroConnect administrator has verified the seller. Unverified sellers do not receive a tick.
How do I renew a listing?
Once the 30-day listing period ends, the renewal option becomes available in your profile and listing page.
How do I change my phone settings?
Your primary phone remains your account number. You can add an optional alternative phone number under Profile & Settings.
